What does our team look like?

Two founders, two complementary roles. Filip leads sales, strategy and finance. William is behind the entire technical side of the project. Every detail of the product and of the sales process goes directly through one of us.

Why we started Tenderpool

We have worked together since 2023. Tenderpool grew out of our previous project Quadrant, where we collected and analysed data from the web. We saw that suppliers look for tenders in many places, that CPV codes often do not match the content and that they read the tender documentation by hand. So we built a tool that collects tenders from more than 170 sources and analyses the documentation with AI.

Filip is responsible for the overall management and growth of Tenderpool. Before founding it, he spent four years at ČSOB, where at 21 he was the youngest graduate of its management development programme and also worked as a regional trainer for IT and sales processes. He then worked as Director of Retail Financing and Investment Manager at Progresus.

Since 2022 he has worked exclusively on his own business ventures. He is behind the technology project Quadrant, whose data and AI infrastructure is also the technological foundation of Tenderpool.

He studied Economics & Management at FSE UJEP and has just graduated with a Master’s in Management & Consulting from FPH VŠE in Prague. He is a member of Mensa Czech Republic.

Mgr. William Tatarko

William is behind the entire technical side of Tenderpool. He is responsible for the ETL pipeline that aggregates data across more than 170 sources, the semantic layer optimised for the Czech Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) and the modular AI architecture.

Before founding Tenderpool, he held roles at leading startups such as Pipedrive, Better Stack and Mediaboard. These roles covered scraping, data processing and unification, the development of AI analyses and leading development teams.

He completed a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and then a Master’s in Computer Science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University (MFF UK, Matfyz). He is a co-author of an academic paper on summarising branching loops, presented at the ACM/SIGAPP SAC 2022 conference.
