Filip Hondl
Sales - Strategy - Finance - Business development
Filip leads strategy and growth at Tenderpool. Before founding the company he spent four years at ČSOB, where at 21 he was the youngest graduate of the bank's management development program and also worked as a regional trainer for IT and sales processes. He then served as Head of Retail Financing and Investment Manager at Progresus.
Since 2022 he has worked full-time on his own ventures. He runs the technology project Quadrant, whose data and AI infrastructure also forms the technical foundation of Tenderpool.
He earned his Bachelor's in Economics & Management at FSE UJEP and is finishing his Master's in Management & Consulting at FPH VŠE in Prague. He is a member of Mensa CZ.
William Tatarko
Architecture - AI pipeline - Data engineering
William owns everything technical at Tenderpool. He is responsible for the ETL pipeline aggregating data across hundreds of sources, the semantic layer tuned to Czech procurement law (ZZVZ), and the modular AI architecture.
Before Tenderpool he held engineering roles at leading startups including Pipedrive, Better Stack, and Mediaboard. The work spanned scraping, data processing and unification, AI analytics, and leading engineering teams.
He holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a Master's in Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University (MFF UK). He co-authored a paper on summarizing branching loops, presented at ACM/SIGAPP SAC 2022.
