For every attachment you know what is in it before you open it
Contracting authorities publish the documentation in many files: the invitation, the draft contract, the bill of quantities or the project documentation in a ZIP archive. Tenderpool reads the attachments and writes what each one contains, so you know which one to open first.
- PDF, DOCX, XLSX and ZIPIt reads text documents, spreadsheets and the archives that often hold the project documentation or the schedule of works.
- Sorted by contentIt puts each attachment into one of these groups: qualification requirements, draft contract, technical specification, delivery schedule, bill of quantities and other.
- The original at handYou download an attachment from the tender detail with one click and open the original notice on the portal with the Source button.

The tender’s terms together, not scattered across attachments
Penalties are usually in the draft contract; the qualification and the list of documents in the invitation or the tender documentation. Tenderpool pulls them out and shows them clearly on the tender detail.
- Contract termsWarranty, contractual penalties and retention, and also whether the price is fixed or can be indexed.
- Payment termsAdvance payments, invoicing and when invoices are due. You know what the tender demands of your financing.
- Qualification, evaluation, deadlineWhat qualification and references the contracting authority requires, which documents you must provide, how it will evaluate the bids and how many days are left until the deadline for bids.
Ask about what matters to you in tenders
Every firm watches for something different in tenders. You enter once in your profile the questions you would otherwise look up in the documentation yourself. Tenderpool then looks for the answers in the documentation of each tender.
- References, insurance, lotsFor example, what references the contracting authority requires, whether part of the qualification can be proven through a subcontractor, what insurance you need or whether the tender is divided into lots.
- Answers on the tender detailYou find them in the Questions and answers section, on the same page as the attachment summaries and the tender’s terms.
- Profile fit on six pointsFrom the documentation it has read, Tenderpool also compares the tender with your company profile on six points and writes a short reason for each point.

Frequently asked questions
What does the tender documentation of a public tender contain?
The tender documentation is the set of written documents in which the contracting authority sets the tender conditions: the subject of the tender, the qualification requirements, the commercial and payment terms, how bids will be evaluated and the time limits. It usually consists of the invitation to submit bids or a main text document, a draft contract, a technical specification, a bill of quantities and forms, and for construction tenders often project documentation in a ZIP archive. Tenderpool reads these attachments and writes what each one contains.
How does AI tender documentation analysis work in Tenderpool?
For a tender it has found, Tenderpool reads the attachments in PDF, DOCX, XLSX and ZIP, sorts them by content and writes a short summary of each. It then pulls the contract and payment terms, the award criteria and the required documents out of the documentation. It also compares the tender with your company profile on six points and writes a short reason for each point. You find the results on the tender detail, where you can download the attachments with one click.
Will Tenderpool find contractual penalties and invoice due dates in the tender documentation?
Yes, if the documentation states them. Tenderpool pulls out the contract terms, such as the warranty, contractual penalties or retention, and the payment terms, such as advance payments, invoicing and invoice due dates. You also see whether the price is fixed or can be indexed. You find these terms on the tender detail in the Profil zakázky (Tender profile) section, so you have an overview before you open the draft contract. Check them in the original tender documentation before you submit a bid.
Can AI answer my own questions about public tenders?
Yes. In your Tenderpool profile you set your own questions, for example about references, required insurance, joint bids or the division of the tender into lots. The AI looks for the answers in the tender documentation of each tender, and you find them on the tender detail in the Otázky a odpovědi (Questions and answers) section. You enter the questions once and do not have to write them again for each tender.
Can the AI make a mistake when analysing the tender documentation?
Yes, the AI can make a mistake, which is why the analysis in Tenderpool is a basis for your decision, not a final verdict. For each of the six points of the Fit analysis and for your own criteria you see a short reason, and you download the original attachments right from the tender detail. Check the conditions your bid depends on, such as qualification or contractual penalties, in the original tender documentation before you submit a bid.
