Why Tenderpool when the portals are free?

Many tenders for cleaning and security never appear on the big free portals: towns, regions and hospitals often publish them only on their buyer profiles. Tenderpool monitors these profiles too, reads the floor area breakdown, the quality standard and the contract, and tells you which service tenders suit your company.

Scope and sources

The “Without Tenderpool” column describes working directly on the portals and buyer profiles. The score shows how well a tender fits your company, not your chance of winning.

The free Zakázky GOV portal run by the Ministry for Regional Development (MMR) makes part of the work easier too. It connects NEN, Tender arena and TENDERMARKET. It offers AI search and a tender summary. After login it adds a chatbot for the documentation and a watchdog with up to 30 subscriptions. Registered suppliers can submit bids there for tenders created in NEN and Tender arena after 12 June 2026. Tenderpool also monitors buyer profiles outside these tools and assesses tenders against your company profile and criteria, with the reasons.

What service companies ask

We already monitor service tenders through NEN, the Věstník or a paid tool. What does Tenderpool add?

A portal tells you that a tender is out. In Tenderpool we also go through its documentation, including the floor area breakdown and the quality standard, and tell you whether it fits you and why.

Will we get tenders for work we do not do?

Tell us once what you do not do, security or grounds maintenance for example, and those tenders drop to the lowest score. Tenderpool emails you only the tenders above the threshold you set.

How quickly can I set it up?

You enter your work email and your website address. We prepare your profile in Tenderpool from public sources, usually within two minutes, and your first recommended tenders appear within a few minutes. If you like, we go through the setup together by phone.

Can I tell when a cleaning tender also includes security or grounds maintenance?

Yes. The AI in Tenderpool reads the whole documentation, not just the CPV code, so in the Fit analysis you see everything the contracting authority asks for. You can also add a criterion asking whether part of the work can be done by a subcontractor.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It can happen. That is why in Tenderpool you see the reason for every point and open the attachment with one click. A tender with a low score does not disappear: you find it in the Hledat (Search) section. You decide.

Will Tenderpool also work out the price per square metre or prepare the bid?

No. You calculate the price per m² and per month and write the bid. In Tenderpool we help you choose the tenders worth going for.

Is Tenderpool a state service or part of a ministry?

No. Tenderpool is a private commercial service, independent of the Ministry for Regional Development (MMR), the Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS) and any other state authority. It takes tenders from public sources such as the Věstník veřejných zakázek, NEN and buyer profiles.
