The Věstník, portals and buyer profiles in one overview

Contracting authorities publish tenders in the Věstník, in e-procurement tools and on their own profiles. Tenderpool monitors over 170 such sources and shows their new tenders in one place, linked to the original notice.

  • The Věstník and NENThe Věstník veřejných zakázek (the Czech public procurement journal) and the national e-procurement system (NEN).
  • E-procurement tools and portalsE-ZAK, Tender arena, FEN, eVEZA, Gemin, PROEBIZ, E-ZAKÁZKY, Tendermarket, Zakázky.gov and the Portál pro vhodné uveřejnění.
  • Buyer profilesAccording to the MMR, more than a third of awarded contracts in 2025 started with a call on a buyer profile. That is why we also monitor the profiles of regions, cities, municipalities and schools.Source: MMR, annual report on the electronisation and state of public procurement in 2025 (PDF, in Czech)

Sources checked every hour, tenders from small-scale to above-threshold

We check the monitored sources every hour, and new tenders keep appearing in the app. Tenders above the minimum score you set also reach you by email: right away, daily at 8:00 or on Sunday as a weekly summary.

  • Small-scale, below-threshold and above-thresholdYou see small-scale, below-threshold (including the simplified below-threshold procedure) and above-threshold tenders, as long as the contracting authority publishes them in one of the monitored sources.
  • Supplies, services and worksFor every recommended tender you see the type (supplies, services or works), size, deadline and budget right in the list.
  • Search with filtersIn the Search section you search the text of tenders and narrow the results by region, CPV code, type, size, budget or score.

Tenders matched on the documentation, not just on CPV codes

A CPV code search is only as accurate as the code the contracting authority picks. More than 24% of tenders have no CPV code at all and another 38% have only a very general category, such as “45000000 Construction work”.

  • Company profile from your websiteWe prepare your profile from your company website, usually within two minutes, and you just refine what you do, where you operate and how large a tender you can handle.
  • Subject from the documentationTenderpool reads the tender documentation and compares the subject of the tender with the focus in your company profile.
  • The CPV filter is optionalYou can set a fixed filter by CPV, region or budget, but Tenderpool works without one too.

“Tenderpool saves us a lot of time finding and tracking relevant public tenders. We especially value the clear filtering, up-to-date information and the very helpful and fast communication from the Tenderpool team. We have been happy with the service for a long time and consider it a useful tool for our everyday work.”

What Tenderpool saves you before you submit a bid

Monitoring is only the first step. The table shows what changes with Tenderpool in six areas of working with tenders. A construction firm from Liberec cut its tender search from 5 hours a week to 19 minutes, and ZEMAKO cut the assessment of one tender from 21 to 3 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

What is public tender monitoring?

Public tender monitoring is the ongoing tracking of the places where contracting authorities publish new tenders: the Věstník veřejných zakázek, the national e-procurement system (NEN), other e-procurement tools and buyer profiles. Tenderpool does this work for you: every hour it checks more than 170 sources and emails you the tenders that suit your company. So you do not have to go through the portals by hand, one after another.

Which public tender sources does Tenderpool monitor?

Tenderpool monitors more than 170 sources. They include the Věstník veřejných zakázek, the national e-procurement system (NEN), Zakázky.gov and the Portál pro vhodné uveřejnění. It also monitors the e-procurement tools E-ZAK, Tender arena, FEN, eVEZA, Gemin, PROEBIZ, E-ZAKÁZKY and Tendermarket, and buyer profiles from regions to cities, municipalities and schools. Tenderpool will not find a tender that the contracting authority publishes only outside the monitored sources, or an invitation it sends directly to selected firms.

How quickly will I hear about a new public tender?

Tenderpool checks the monitored sources every hour, and new tenders keep appearing in the app. By email it sends you only tenders above the minimum score you set: right away, once a day at 8:00 or on Sunday as a weekly summary. You can also send alerts by webhook to your own system or straight to Raynet CRM.

Why is searching for public tenders by CPV codes not enough?

The contracting authority assigns the CPV code to a tender, and it is often missing or too general: more than 24% of tenders have none at all and another 38% have only a very general category, such as “45000000 Construction work”. A CPV filter therefore drops some suitable tenders and lets many unsuitable ones through. Tenderpool assesses tenders on the content of the tender documentation and your company profile. You can set a fixed CPV filter, but you do not have to.

Is public tender monitoring free?

You can browse public tenders on portals such as the national e-procurement system (NEN) or the Věstník veřejných zakázek for free, but the alert options differ from portal to portal. Tenderpool is a paid service that monitors more than 170 sources at once, reads the tender documentation and shows for every tender whether it suits your company. But you can try it for the first 7 days completely free and without a credit card. The Business plan then costs CZK 4,850 a month, or CZK 4,120 a month with annual billing. If you do not choose a plan after 7 days, your access ends and nothing is charged. See our pricing for details.
