Tenderpool will not find a tender that the contracting authority publishes only outside the monitored sources, or an invitation it sends directly to selected firms.

Tenderpool checks the monitored sources every hour, and new tenders keep appearing in the app. By email it sends you only tenders above the minimum score you set: right away, once a day at 8:00 or on Sunday as a weekly summary. You can also send alerts by webhook to your own system or straight to Raynet CRM.

The contracting authority assigns the CPV code to a tender, and it is often missing or too general: more than 24% of tenders have none at all and another 38% have only a very general category, such as “45000000 Construction work”. A CPV filter therefore drops some suitable tenders and lets many unsuitable ones through. Tenderpool assesses tenders on the content of the tender documentation and your company profile. You can set a fixed CPV filter, but you do not have to.

It usually consists of the invitation to submit bids or a main text document, a draft contract, a technical specification, a bill of quantities and forms, and for construction tenders often project documentation in a ZIP archive. Tenderpool reads these attachments and writes what each one contains.

For a tender it has found, Tenderpool reads the attachments in PDF, DOCX, XLSX and ZIP, sorts them by content and writes a short summary of each. It then pulls the contract and payment terms, the award criteria and the required documents out of the documentation. It also compares the tender with your company profile on six points and writes a short reason for each point. You find the results on the tender detail, where you can download the attachments with one click.

Yes, if the documentation states them. Tenderpool pulls out the contract terms, such as the warranty, contractual penalties or retention, and the payment terms, such as advance payments, invoicing and invoice due dates. You also see whether the price is fixed or can be indexed. You find these terms on the tender detail in the Profil zakázky (Tender profile) section, so you have an overview before you open the draft contract. Check them in the original tender documentation before you submit a bid.

Yes. In your Tenderpool profile you set your own questions, for example about references, required insurance, joint bids or the division of the tender into lots. The AI looks for the answers in the tender documentation of each tender, and you find them on the tender detail in the Otázky a odpovědi (Questions and answers) section. You enter the questions once and do not have to write them again for each tender.

Yes, the AI can make a mistake, which is why the analysis in Tenderpool is a basis for your decision, not a final verdict. For each of the six points of the Fit analysis and for your own criteria you see a short reason, and you download the original attachments right from the tender detail. Check the conditions your bid depends on, such as qualification or contractual penalties, in the original tender documentation before you submit a bid.

Tenderpool reads the tender documentation and assesses the tender against your company profile on six points: subject, place of performance, scope, schedule, qualification and references.
