What is Tenderpool?
Tenderpool is AI-powered software for public procurement in the Czech Republic. Every hour, it scans all portals (NEN, TenderArena, E-ZAK, FEN, Gemin, eVEZA, Tendermarket, and many others), reads the full tender documentation, and delivers a pre-qualified shortlist of tenders tailored to your company’s requirements.
Who is Tenderpool for?
Tenderpool is primarily for small and medium-sized firms that actively bid on public tenders and want real visibility into the whole market so they can compete for the most relevant opportunities. Typical customers are firms in construction, IT, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing, typically with 10 to 250 employees. The Enterprise plan suits larger firms with multiple business lines, larger teams, or specific integration requirements.
How fast can I get set up?
Your account is fully set up in under 6 minutes. Profile setup is fully automated, with the option to make any additional changes. The AI suggests not only all relevant CPV codes but also several qualification criteria. As soon as your profile is created, the system starts analyzing tenders, which gradually appear in your Recommended tenders section.
Where do you source tenders from?
Tenderpool is the only platform that covers hundreds of public sources — from state portals (ISVZ, NEN, Zakázky.gov) to private portals (TenderArena, E-ZAK, FEN, Tendermarket, Gemin, eVEZA, and many others) plus individual contracting authority profiles. That means you get a complete view of the whole market, all in one place.
How is the relevance score calculated?
The 0 to 100 score is a weighted product of your personalized criteria, their count, and their weight. Each criterion comes with an explicit excerpt from the tender documentation, so you can quickly and clearly see why it was rated positively or negatively.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every AI output is linked to a specific passage in the tender documentation, so you can transparently check at any time whether the analysis was done correctly. If anything doesn’t look right, please let us know so we can fix it. That said, across more than 40,000 tenders analyzed to date, our models are running at 98% reliability.
Pricing & plans
How much does it cost?
The Business plan comes to 4,850 CZK/month billed monthly, or 4,120 CZK/month billed annually (saving 8,760 CZK/year). Enterprise pricing is custom — we’ll happily put together a tailored offer for you. We recommend trying the ROI calculator for a rough estimate of what you’ll get for that price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, absolutely. You can try Tenderpool completely free for 7 days, no credit card required. During the trial you have full access to all features, with no restrictions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your account at any time, with no additional fees or penalties. However, annual plan payments are non-refundable — you’ll keep access to the app until the end of the paid subscription period.
How do billing and payment work?
You pay by settling the invoice we issue. Invoices go out monthly or annually depending on your plan. We are not currently registered for VAT.
Other
Do you support Slovak or Polish tenders?
Absolutely, yes — our long-term goal is to cover public tenders across the entire EU. We plan to add the Slovak market by the end of Q4 2026. Other neighbouring countries will follow in 2027, with full EU coverage targeted by the end of 2028.
Is my tender data private?
Tenderpool hosts all data in the EU (German datacenters) and encrypts it with TLS 1.3 and AES-256. Profile data and saved tenders are never shared with other customers or third parties. We sign the DPA at the start of the contractual relationship. Processes already align with ISO 27001 standards; certification itself is in preparation.
Is Tenderpool a government project or part of a ministry or other state institution?
No. Tenderpool is not a government project, nor part of any ministry or other state institution. We are a private commercial service, fully independent from the Ministry for Regional Development (MMR), the Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS), or any other state authority. We source our data from publicly available registries (Czech Public Procurement Bulletin, NEN, contracting authority profiles). We provide our software as a commercial vendor to private businesses (B2B), primarily suppliers competing for public tenders.
Can I integrate Tenderpool with other systems?
Yes, you can integrate Tenderpool with your CRM via an API key, or with a fully custom webhook.
How does customer support work?
We offer support in Czech and English via email, or you can use the in-app AI chat assistant. Business customers have a 24-hour response guarantee on weekdays. The Enterprise plan includes a dedicated account manager, with phone support available.
Who built Tenderpool?
Tenderpool was founded by Filip Hondl (CEO, ex-ČSOB, former investment manager at Progresus, FPH VŠE) and William Tatarko (CTO, MFF UK Matfyz graduate with prior roles at Pipedrive, Better Stack, and Mediaboard) with the vision of making the public procurement market more efficient — not only in the Czech Republic but across the entire EU — helping Czech companies find and win the most relevant public tenders.
