Email alerts: right away, daily or weekly

You choose the frequency to suit how you work with tenders. The email contains only tenders above the minimum score you set. The 0 to 100 score is based on the fit with your company profile and on your criteria.

  • Right after it is foundThe email goes out as soon as Tenderpool finds a new suitable tender. Useful for tenders with a short deadline for bids.
  • Daily at 8:00In the morning you get one email with the new suitable tenders and go through them all at once.
  • Weekly on SundayYou get one summary of suitable tenders for the whole week. For tenders with a short deadline, alerts right away or daily are better.

Tenders straight to Raynet CRM or your own system

Besides email, Tenderpool can send new suitable tenders by webhook to your system or straight to Raynet CRM. Your team then finds them where it keeps working on them.

  • Your own webhookFor every new tender above the minimum score, Tenderpool sends its details and score to the address you choose. You test the connection first with the Test button.
  • A lead in Raynet CRMFor every new suitable tender, Tenderpool creates a lead in Raynet. All you need is the instance name, the user’s email and the API key from your Raynet.
  • A minimum score for each channelYou set the minimum score for email, webhook and Raynet separately. The preset value is 60, and you can change it.
Technical description of the webhook for your IT
  • For successful delivery we expect a response with a 2xx status code within 10 seconds.
  • We call the webhook separately for each new tender that meets the minimum score.

Suitable tenders together in the app

The email alerts you to a new tender; you assess it in the app. When your company’s focus or capacity changes, you update your profile and Tenderpool adjusts its recommendations.

  • Recommended tendersYou see active tenders with a score over 50, sorted by score. For each one you also find the deadline for bids and the budget.
  • Saved tendersYou save interesting tenders and hide uninteresting ones from the recommended list.
  • Reports on suitable tendersCharts show how many suitable tenders are added each week, their median value and the regions they are in.

“Tenderpool saves us a lot of time searching for public tenders. It picks relevant opportunities according to the criteria we set and pulls the important information out of the documentation. That lets us get our bearings quickly and decide whether a tender is worth our time without reading all the documents.”

Frequently asked questions

How do I set up alerts for new public tenders?

When you sign up for Tenderpool, you enter your company website. From it and from public sources we prepare your company profile, usually within two minutes, and suggest criteria. You check both and then choose how often the email alerts should come: right away, daily at 8:00 or once a week on Sunday. We send only tenders above the minimum score, which is preset to 60. You can change the frequency, the minimum score and the company profile at any time.

How often does Tenderpool check for new public tenders?

Tenderpool checks more than 170 sources every hour: the NEN and Věstník veřejných zakázek portals, e-procurement tools such as E-ZAK, Tender arena or FEN, and buyer profiles. It assesses new tenders against your company profile, and you find the suitable ones in the app in the Doporučené (Recommended) section. They reach you by email at the frequency you chose: right away, daily at 8:00 or in the Sunday summary for the whole week.

Do I need to know CPV codes to monitor public tenders?

No, you do not need to know CPV codes. Tenderpool assesses tenders against your company profile and the tender documentation, not just the CPV code. It gives every tender a 0 to 100 score. You can set a fixed filter by CPV codes, region or budget, but alerts work without one too. Tenders from areas you list in your profile under “Co neděláme” (What we do not do) drop to the lowest score.

Can I send public tender alerts to my CRM?

Yes. In Raynet CRM, Tenderpool creates a lead for every new suitable tender. To another CRM or system it sends the tender details and score by webhook to the address you choose, as long as your system can receive a webhook. You set your own minimum score for each channel, so only tenders with a higher score than for email can go to your CRM.

Is there a free way to monitor public tenders?

Portals such as NEN or the Věstník veřejných zakázek are free and offer alerts as far as each of them allows, each one separately. Tenderpool is a paid service that monitors more than 170 sources, shows the tenders from them in one place and alerts you only to the ones that suit your company profile. But you can try it for the first 7 days completely free and without a credit card. The Business plan then costs CZK 4,850 a month, or CZK 4,120 a month with annual billing. See our pricing for details.
