How many attachments did you read last month for tenders you ended up not bidding on?

Many tenders never reach the big free portals: contracting authorities publish them only on their buyer profiles. Tenderpool monitors these profiles too and reads the documentation for you, so you only open attachments of tenders that fit your company.

How we calculate: the time saved is valued at your hourly rate. We do not assume you use it for more bids. The extra profit comes only from a higher win rate on the same number of bids.

An estimate based on the values you enter and our customers’ average results (+21% win rate). Not a guaranteed return.

You see your first recommended tenders within minutes.

Scope and sources

The “Without Tenderpool” column describes working directly on the portals and buyer profiles. The score shows how well a tender fits your company, not your chance of winning.

The free Zakázky GOV portal run by the Ministry for Regional Development (MMR) makes part of the work easier too. It connects NEN, Tender arena and TENDERMARKET. It offers AI search and a tender summary. After login it adds a chatbot for the documentation and a watchdog with up to 30 subscriptions. Registered suppliers can submit bids there for tenders created in NEN and Tender arena after 12 June 2026. Tenderpool also monitors buyer profiles outside these tools and assesses tenders against your company profile and criteria, with the reasons.

What suppliers ask about public tenders

What is Tenderpool?

Tenderpool is a private online service for suppliers that monitors and evaluates Czech public tenders. Every hour it checks more than 170 sources, from portals to buyer profiles. With AI it reads the tender documentation of new tenders and shows you whether each one fits your company, and why. Suitable tenders arrive by email.

Which sources do you collect tenders from?

Tenderpool monitors more than 170 public tender sources: the Věstník veřejných zakázek (the Czech public procurement journal), NEN (the national e-procurement system), Zakázky.gov, other e-procurement tools of contracting authorities such as E-ZAK, FEN, Tender arena, Gemin, eVEZA or PROEBIZ, and the buyer profiles of individual contracting authorities, from regions to cities and municipalities. You see their new tenders clearly in one place. We monitor buyer profiles on purpose: according to the MMR (Ministry for Regional Development), only 58% of the value of public contracts went through the Věstník in 2025, and more than a third of awarded contracts started with a call on a buyer profile. Completeness cannot be guaranteed: we will not find a tender published only outside the monitored sources, and for some tenders we may wrongly conclude that they do not suit you. Is a source missing? Write to us at info@tenderpool.cz.

Who is Tenderpool for?

Tenderpool is for suppliers who bid on public tenders regularly, and for smaller firms without an in-house bid team that want to keep track of tenders without going through portals by hand. You set your field in your company profile, whether you supply construction work, IT, other services or goods. The AI suggests CPV codes and criteria, and you adjust them to suit you. Tenderpool is not meant for contracting authorities that publish tenders.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

The assessment in Tenderpool is input for your decision, not a final verdict. AI can make mistakes, so for every point and criterion you see the reasoning, and you check the conclusion in the tender documentation. A tender with a low score does not disappear: you will find it in the Hledat (Search) section, and you set the minimum score for emails yourself. The score shows how well a tender fits your company, not your chance of winning. If something does not look right, let us know.

How quickly can I get Tenderpool up and running?

Usually within a few minutes. You enter your work email and your website address, and Tenderpool prepares your company profile from public sources, typically in 1–2 minutes. You just review it and confirm the suggested criteria. If you like, we will go through the setup with you by phone.

How much does Tenderpool cost?

The Tenderpool Business plan costs CZK 4,850 a month, or CZK 4,120 a month with annual billing, that is CZK 49,440 a year (15% less). You pay no commission on tenders you win and no setup fee. You pay by invoice due in 7 days; the annual plan is paid once in advance. For more users, API access or larger teams, we put together a custom Enterprise plan.

Can I try Tenderpool for free?

Yes. You can try Tenderpool free for 7 days, with no credit card, with the features of the Business plan. We also assess tenders that are already open, so you will see your first recommended tenders within a few minutes of setting up your profile. If you do not choose a plan after the 7 days, your access ends and we charge you nothing. If you want to continue, you choose a plan and pay for it by invoice.

Can more people in our company use Tenderpool?

The Business plan includes one user. For more people in your company, let’s talk: the Enterprise plan has unlimited users, and we set it up to suit your team.

How do I cancel my Tenderpool subscription?

You can cancel your Tenderpool subscription at any time, in the app or in writing, with no fees or contractual penalties. Your plan then ends when the period you have already paid for runs out, and until then you use it in full. We do not refund an annual payment that has already been made.

Why pay for Tenderpool when public tenders are published for free?

With Tenderpool you do not pay for access to public tenders; the portals give you that for free. You pay for the work that comes after: we read the tender documentation of every new tender for you and assess the tender against your company profile. A portal tells you that a tender is out. Tenderpool tells you whether it fits and why. One of our customers, the bid manager of a construction firm, reports cutting the search for tenders from 5 hours a week to 19 minutes.

We already pay for another tender-monitoring service. Is it worth trying Tenderpool?

Yes, ideally side by side. During the 7-day free trial, with no credit card, you compare both services on the same tenders and see how many tenders each one sends you and how many of them make sense. Is your contract with the other service ending? Try Tenderpool before it runs out.

Is Tenderpool a public tender portal?

Tenderpool is not a portal where contracting authorities publish public tenders. It is a private online service that gathers tenders from portals and buyer profiles in one place, where you search them by CPV code, region, budget and score. You submit your bid directly to the contracting authority, as the tender documentation specifies.

Will Tenderpool prepare the bid for me?

No, Tenderpool does not prepare or submit bids or cost estimates. It does save you the time spent on tenders that would not fit anyway, and it summarises what the contracting authority requires. You then submit your bid directly to the contracting authority, as the tender documentation specifies.

Where can I find public tenders?

Contracting authorities in Czechia publish public tenders in the Věstník veřejných zakázek, in e-procurement tools such as the national e-procurement system (NEN) or E-ZAK, and on their buyer profiles. Above-threshold tenders and some below-threshold tenders go to the Věstník; smaller tenders are often published only on the buyer profile. Tenderpool monitors these sources for you and shows their new tenders in one place.

Is Tenderpool only for construction companies?

No, Tenderpool is not only for construction companies. It assesses tenders by the field and criteria you set in your company profile, so it also serves suppliers of goods and services, such as IT or cleaning. It also suits smaller firms that bid on public tenders regularly: Tenderpool monitors buyer profiles too, where municipalities and schools publish smaller tenders.

Will I also find small-scale, below-threshold and above-threshold tenders in Tenderpool?

Yes. Tenderpool shows small-scale tenders (zakázky malého rozsahu), below-threshold (podlimitní) and above-threshold (nadlimitní) tenders, as long as the contracting authority publishes them in one of the monitored sources. Above-threshold tenders and some below-threshold tenders are published in the Věstník veřejných zakázek. Tenders in the simplified below-threshold procedure (zjednodušené podlimitní řízení) and small-scale tenders are mostly found on buyer profiles, often those of municipalities and schools.

Will I find public tenders from my region in Tenderpool?

Yes. In Tenderpool you filter public tenders by region in the Hledat (Search) section. For recommended tenders, Tenderpool also assesses the place of performance as one of the six points of the Fit analysis against your company profile. The monitored sources include the buyer profiles of regions, cities and municipalities.

Does Tenderpool also monitor tenders from Slovakia, Poland or the EU’s TED journal?

Today Tenderpool monitors Czech public tenders only. Czech above-threshold tenders, which are also published in the EU’s TED journal, reach you through the Věstník veřejných zakázek. We plan to expand to Slovakia and other EU countries. We will announce the date once it is certain.

How does Tenderpool calculate a tender’s score?

The 0–100 score shows how well a tender fits your company. Tenderpool reads the tender documentation and compares the tender with your company profile on six points: subject, place of performance, scope, schedule, qualification and references. For each point you see whether it is a strong, partial or weak fit, with a short explanation.

Alongside the profile, Tenderpool answers your own yes/no questions: your criteria. The AI suggests them and you adjust them. You give each criterion a weight from 1 to 5: the higher the weight, the more the criterion affects the score. A green score starts at 75. The score is not the probability of winning, and on its own it does not confirm that you meet the qualification requirements.

How often are new tenders added to Tenderpool, and how do I find out about them?

Tenderpool checks the monitored sources every hour. New tenders appear in Tenderpool continuously, in the Doporučené (Recommended) section. By email you receive tenders above the minimum score you set, as often as you choose. You can also send alerts through your own webhook or straight to Raynet CRM.

Will we get tenders for work we do not do?

You note once in your profile, in the “Co neděláme” (What we do not do) field, what your company does not do, and such tenders get a very low score in Tenderpool. By email you only receive tenders above the score threshold you set, and you can change your profile and criteria at any time.

Can I connect Tenderpool to a CRM or another system?

Yes. You connect Tenderpool with your own webhook: for every new relevant tender it sends the tender’s details to an address you choose. You can also send tenders straight to Raynet CRM. Connecting your own systems through the REST API is part of the Enterprise plan.

How does Tenderpool customer support work?

Tenderpool provides support by email at info@tenderpool.cz, in Czech and English. We can also help you set up your account by phone at +420 778 545 959. In the app, an AI assistant helps you too. The Enterprise plan also includes a dedicated account manager and phone support.

How does Tenderpool handle my data, and what about the GDPR?

The data you enter into Tenderpool remains yours, is covered by confidentiality, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures. All data is stored in data centres in Germany, and we never share it with other customers. We send the Data Processing Agreement within 24 hours, we comply with GDPR and NIS2, and ISO 27001 certification is in preparation. To assess tenders, we use the language models of a US processor under standard contractual clauses. The processing of personal data under the GDPR is governed by our Terms and the data processing agreement (DPA), whose Annex 1 lists the other processors and the countries data is transferred to (the EU/EEA and the USA).

Is Tenderpool a state service or part of a ministry?

No. Tenderpool is a private commercial service, independent of the Ministry for Regional Development (MMR), the Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS) and any other state authority. It takes tenders from public sources such as the Věstník veřejných zakázek, NEN and buyer profiles.

Who is behind Tenderpool?

Tenderpool is run by the Czech company Tenderpool s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24320846, registered office Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1. It was founded by Filip Hondl (CEO), who spent four years at ČSOB and then worked as an investment manager at Progresus, and William Tatarko (CTO), a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University (MFF UK) with experience at Pipedrive, Better Stack and Mediaboard.
